Wash drawing
These works were created on already existing handmade paper manufactured by the craftsmen at the old Mora paper mill, one of the most important mills from the latter part of the 19th and the early part of the 20th centuries. When creating these wash drawings, the paper was often "wounded", revealing the nature of the cellulose. Alibau then soaked the paper, applied glue and then impregnated the surface with pigment, in an innovative and original manner.
